Our Empowerment Code model applies principles of biocognitive science to organizations. We offers a unique approach to productivity and wellness management that can be implemented in any work environment where policy makers can commit to a paradigm shift. Based on how the immune system makes decisions to sustain mindbody wellness under constant challenges, we developed a Communication Cultural Code that focuses on empowering organizations to assess how their productivity strategies may be triggering or exacerbating chronic illnesses. The Empowerment Code model can be introduced to organizations through leadership development, organizational science workshops, and customized consultancies. We argue that productivity and wellness are inseparable components of sustainable organizational growth.
