The Third Attainment brings together legal strategy, cultural anthropology, and cultural neuropsychology to examine dimensions of complex problems that no single discipline accesses alone.

 

Created by Mario E. Martinez, PsyD and Bret A. Bocchieri, Esq., The Third Attainment explores the terrain where legal reasoning, culture, context, and perceptual processes converge. Mario brings cultural anthropology, cultural neuropsychology, and the study of the contextual meanings and perceptual processes that inform how strategies are constructed and understood. Bret brings the architecture of legal reasoning, litigation strategy, adversarial argument, and high-stakes counsel. The purpose is not simply to bring two disciplines together, but to explore what becomes accessible when a complex challenge is examined from both terrains simultaneously.
