Walk Away from Your Demons and Sirens by Experiencing Biocognitive Group Dynamics
Healing the Wounded Hero is an open group session open to 30 participants each month. Rather than a membership or subscription, these group sessions are an opportunity to participate on a monthly basis, each month with a unique theme necessary to individuate. Here Dr. Martinez will apply biocognitive science to teach how mind and body heal within cultural contexts.
Although Dr. Martinez is a licensed clinical psychologist, he offers a model of personal development that replaces doctor/patient pathology-labeling with teacher/student exploration of personal excellence. Within the realm of the wounded hero, participants will be able to identify how cultures diminish selfhood and how to access the path of individuation.
